Context:

The draft proposal below works to close coordination gaps in cross-KI-group efforts to provide an over arching team to align activities. At the end of the LC-TFC-SC Constitution table there is a TBD group marked in red which we would need to form in near-term.

Proposal:
Create a Leadership Council Sub-Committee for Trust Framework activity coordination.  The team would be - Leadership Council Trust Framework Coordination Sub-Committee (LC-TFC-SC)

Constitution:
The LC-TFC-SC is comprised of leadership from each WG, DG and Liaison Sub-Committee [1].

Scope:
The LC-TFC-SC coordinates work of the different groups within Kantara Initiative to provide a one-stop-shop for landscape overview of Kantara Initiative TF activities.  The LC-TFC-SC serves as a place to identify convergence points between each group, as well as, a forum to raise potential divergence points to be sure Kantara Initiative efforts are aligned.  Finally, the LC-TFC-SC also helps each Kantara Initiative activity to better align with non-Kantara Initiative originating activities (examples may include: ABA-IdM-Task-Force, OIX, CDT, ITU-T, ISO, OECD, etc)

Communications:
The LC-TFC-SC would initially meet at least once per month to coordinate activities and may meet with greater frequency or in person as necessary
Tools available will include:
- Work area under the LC workspace
- Mail list (publicly viewable, but only LC-TFC-SC members/staff may participate)
- Teleconference
- Calendar
