During our con-call Tuesday I commented about the draft (Work Group-LC approved) PEMC document that may be of value in finetuning the PCQ document.
The LC meeting lacked a quorum vote for a formal PEMC acceptance, but the LC did have an approval vote on the document being circulated within Kantara's WGs. The LC, as of yesterday (Wednesday, Feb 19), received a distributed ballot to enhance the formal approval process.
This PEMC document is NOT to be distribution, and is only being shared with those who were on RIUP WG call when I made my comments.
