Working Session on BLT Use-Case Report

  These are the core messages:

1. Share data with another provider, probably at a granular level by resource, using UMA. 
1. This is were we explain why UMA over oAuth and highlight higher security in this process
2. This is my note to Eve in the current outline: For the first section, when our use case describes basic UMA, I think this will be a good place to explain what UMA has over oAuth and highlight the increased security.  If we can nail that part of the message it may help in all healthcare UMA implementations.

1. Julie comes of age and can control her own access – Delegation process (at 13yo)
2. Julie gets a bit older and needs to keep sensitive information private (sexual and sti history)
1. Sharing at a granular level by sensitivity settings
3. Alec, I know that at some point you want to add in additional policy and we can define where we want to do that in the story and then weave it into the how.
