RIUP WG Elections

@Jim Kragh

Last month Jim Kragh shared that Kantara's By-laws call for annual elections for WG leadership positions and asked for nominations.

The current WG leadership team, Noreen, Justin and Jim Kragh agreed to serve another year as Secretary, Vice Chair and Chair, respectively. If there are any other nominations, please let us know. Otherwise we will vote to confirm the reelection of the current officers.

If there are Work group members who are not going to be in attendance, are asked to send in your proxy vote, to Jim Kragh.

Vote: 5 voted to elect the current officers to the 2025 term

Purpose Consent Query

2024 unfinished business. Please review the redlined PCQ (Purpose Consent Query) document as of November 19, 2024. Please share any additional comments, and if acceptable we will have a WG vote.

Addition of clarifying statements regarding the user need for all information necessary to make an informed consent decision.

Added a paragraph under Purpose referencing ACM Code of Ethics.

DIAGRAM: adding color to ovals to highlight the separate entities.

All voted to submit as a Kantara recommendation.

Tom will make edits and save as a Kantara Recommendation.
