    1. DEIA WG Charter (Draft 2):

      1. Update-finalize signatures/names listed on charter

    2. Complete GPA sign-up and set up Confluence account for add/edit access

    3. Continue to add Resources

    4. Sign up to mailing list (if you haven’t completed a GPA)

    5. Open Call - Presentations for DEIA related programming

  2. NIST 800-63-4 (draft 2) review and discussion

    1. IAWG will be handling the final submission (in NIST required format)

      1. NIST Comment Form

      2. SC will Gather comments in confluence, and chairs will consolidate into spreadsheet.

      3. NIST deadline is Oct 7, 2024 . DEIA SC deadline is Sep 10, 2024

      4. IAWG Timeline:
        September 5 - focus on a big 2PD topic (TBD)

        September 12 - focus on a big 2PD topic (TBD)

        September 17 - IAWG comments due into Carol

        September 19, 26, October 3 - discuss submission text

        October 7 - Carol sends in our submission to NIST

         

  3. DEIA Survey - Question Finalization - Please review the draft 2024 DEIA survey questions prior to the call and forward any edits directly to Peter Davis (equalspeterd@gmail.com). Goal is to finalize questions today!

  4. Criteria for Assessing Efficacy  + Terminology and Taxonomy:  Please review and submit comments via email or the Wiki directly by August 27th’s meeting!

Wes: Assessments and reporting in rev 4 (likely things to get clarification on). A place for Kantara to offer assistance/guidance.

AMG: IAWG will be compiling comments. DEIA should consolidate all comments into Excel file to give to IAWG
