RIUP Charter Revision

Justin and Noreen have been working on revising the RIUP WG Charter. The majority of our meeting time will be on the Charter.

PCQ was WG approved and sent to LC requesting feedback;  It will be discussed in 2 weeks at the LC meeting. 2 questions were shared with me:

Have you had any test implementation of the query in the WG?

What SDO do you plan to contribute this recommendation to?"
