Motion

Motion: to approve the release of the Identity Assurance Framework: Service Assessment Criteria v4.6.0 as a Kantara Initiative, Inc. Recommendation.

Kantara IAF-1400 Service Assessment Criteria v5.0

All Members of Kantara Initiative, Inc may participate.

• Each Member organization had the ability to cast only one vote.
• The Primary Representative from each Member organization should have cast the Member's vote.

Approval Requirement: "Supermajority of those Voting, with at least 15% of all Members voting" (i.e. at least 75% of those casting a vote must vote to Approve).

Requirement: 10 of 64 in favor to carry
