• ANCR - Anchored Notice and Consent Receipt

  • put together a grant request to demonstrate the consent receipt v2 and notice controller credential

  • looking at checking if the receipt could have legal standing in Quebec due to new laws

    • How would you demonstrate legal standing? There are requirements in the law that have specific information to be included, and consent is freely given.

    • Legal standing verified on challenge?

  • interest from some folks in Australia regarding “commons” data sets

• IAWG – Identity Assurance 

  • moved to every other week over summer

  • awaiting “imminent” NIST 63 v4 second public draft

  • Trying to parse 800-63 supplement on syncable authenticators aka passkey. Demand is high, however the document has some unclear/contradictory requirements.
