RIUP WG draft charter is ready for LC Approval. Staff to open a 7 day eBallot for  LC approval.

FTC issued an advance notice for rule making on Commercial Surveillance and Data Protection. Many interesting questions to consider. A public forum will happen in September (look at the FTC web site for details).
