| Farmworkers and other Smart Phone Use Cases | @Tom Jones | Tom J. shared an informative Recording regarding the Farmworker Digital Agent pilot project in Southern California that is being funded in part by the Open Wallet Foundation. The project title is informative: A Digital Trust Service Ecosystem. This is being tested across western US states. We will
Tom also noted that most of the US populations have a core mixture of identities and identifiers but those in underserved populations tend to lack strong identifiers which could be the key to finding a mix of common attributes which could gain access to an array of social benefits. We also need to focus on 3 or 4 use cases which directly impacts the underserved when interfacing with their community : Rx benefits, Financial, Social services/child welfare and Corrections
