1. Attendance

We noted that 3 people were voting members and the group met quorum.

2. Motions

  1. Motion to ratify minutes from November 29 was unanimously passed.

3. Prior Action Item Review

  • Joe: finish quarterly report - done

  • Joe: First draft of the Engagement Tools - to do

  • Joe: iconic photo of infobox - to do

  • Joe: respond to Rob about engagement model - done

  • Joe: send note to Molly about kickstarter appearance - will follow up again

  • Joe: talk to designer about helping out - script sent, will follow up again

  • Iain: Reach out to Marc about going forward, possible ideas for funding his work - future to do

  • Judi and Joe: kickstarter images, v2, call on Thursday 9am - done, next call Thursday 9am

4. New Business

Votes passed on Identity Commons group, we're an official working group.

5. Car Rental Engagement Model

Collaborative discussion pending.

6. Kickstarter Project

More images added to our storyboard, emailed. (Sources from flickr, shutterstock, dreamstime) Need to capture videos of our group members.
