Agenda

Continue discussion of a Project Plan that will serve as a basic presentation and "talking points" for use in approaching potential funders, volunteer Subject Matter Experts, and others who may want to join the WG as a participant.  The Project Plan describes the problem we are trying to address by undertaking work that will lead (provided sufficient resources are available) to a series of whitepaper deliverables. The Plan also outlines some of the issues to be addressed, as well as methodology.  This is the second of two planned meetings on this topic.

Minutes

Suggestion was made that the Project Plan include only one Whitepaper that addresses implementation and rollout.

Suggestion was made that this Whitepaper include a set of assumptions up-front.

These assumptions would encompass topics such as usability, liability, etc

Some discussion on what Kantara brings to the table regarding consumer identity; one suggestion is that we interact with privacy advocates to bring in consumer concerns
