1. ADMINISTRATIVE:

• Roll Call

• Richard Trevorah motions to approve minutes as recorded. Rich Furr seconds. With no objection, the motion is approved.
• Thanksgiving week telecom---With no objection, the telecon will be cancelled.

Action Item Review:

• 20101013-01--- How to move forward with the ICAM US Privacy Profile. David begun to progress.Confirm action item

• 20101103-01 — KI IAWG ISO/IEC 29115 Statement finalized by mgmt to be circulated for an IAWG vote. Progressed.
• In the face of numerous grammatical and word-smithing issues, Ben Wilson motions to withdraw the current ballot due to expire on Friday, 19 November. Rich Furr seconds. With no discussion, the ballot carries.
• John Bradley moves to accept the amended statement which reads: " The statement is approved by the IAWG, 17 November 2010.". Bill Braithwaite seconds. There are no objections to approving the amendment.
• John moves that we adopt the amended doc, version 0.6, and approve for Richard Trevorah, ISO Liaison, to submit to the appropriate parties. Seconded by Bill Braithwaite and Patrick Curry. With no objection, the motion carries.
• ACTION ITEM 20101117-01 ANNA — to amend the final file and send to Richard Trevorah for submittal.

2. FOG comments reviewed / and vote — David Wasley

• John Bradley moves to accept the Federation Operator Guidelines Draft Recommendation v1.6 dated 10 Nov 2010 and the accompanying disposition of comments as captured to submit to the Leadership Council for ratification and thereafter put forth for an all-member ballot. Bill Braithwaite seconded. With no objection, the motion carries.

3. AOB

• The group began a discussion on identity proofing and life-cyles.
• Identity proofing through privacy could be a good partnership between P3 and IAWG.
