Discuss Using the receipt | Mark Lizar (Unlicensed) Former user (Deleted) | Mary asked for clarification on how the consent receipt might be used on a moblile. In this scenario a consent + button an be used and the policy screen on the mobile would respond with provisioning a receipt. In this scenario at the moment the receipt can then be used by the recipient post consent. It is at the point of provisioning that there is space for more interaction/negotiation, there is also device based preferences. At the moment there are no preference based services, just policy transparency and trust framework efforts.
Responsive Policy | In addition, In addition, it is possible for the applications policy page to be responsive to the consent preferences set by the individual. This would be out of scope of the first 3 Parts of the Scenario but we could make a part 4 to the scenario for Responsive Policy example. This definitely deserves more discussion. I know that Alex Fowler from Mozilla is very interested in this. Consent receipts for Scenario 1 are for use post consent. Could responsive policy be a part 4 for the scenario? We discussed how this is of interest to Mozilla at the moment and considering how (or if) we can include this in the scope.
5 page summary of Consent Receipt | For the EU Funding Consortium in January we need to create a 5 page Summary of the consent receipt. Invite comments on the 5 page summary, based on demonstrator and Draft initial schema example for demonstrator. We also need to present this to Usable Privacy Project, and Mozilla. Perhaps we can use the same document, present it first to the Usable Privacy Project, then to Alex Fowler at Mozilla. |
