Quorum was met with 3 out of 4 voting members present.

3. Amendments/Modifications to the Agenda

4. Approval of MoM

No minutes were ready for approval. Minutes of first meeting in January 2013 require approval on the next call (Jonas to prepare).

6. Ongoing work update
  • Kantara version of IMS & Network API
    • No progress

    • Jonas to complete.

  • Telco Mobile Authentication Solutions

    • Jonas has sent the updated version by email, now version 0.8

    • Jonas has added the EAP chapter and done housekeeping, added history revisions

    • Gaël said two weeks ago that Orange would complete their chapters

    • History revision should be filled in by everyone if possible

    • Pros and cons must be added, everyone should review and check

    • Outstanding chapters

7. Mobile TPM as higher assurance identity AuthN

Patrick Curry invited members to provide info or comment on Mobile TPM - device.

We discussed trusted platform module. Ingo has responded with the general approach.

We will see what happens and where the discussion leads.

8. LC Update

LC call 2 weeks ago, Ingo attended the call

Feb is BoT meeting in SF colocated with RSA, not official plenary

Next plenary in Europe, probably colocated with EIC Munich

New attribute work in motion working group

Discussed Kantara Trust Registry

Next LC call tomorrow night - Ingo to attend, Jonas may attend.
