1.  Privacy Framework News:

• US DoC Dynamic Privacy Framework
• There is jockeying betwen commerce and the FTC.
• Awaiting comments to the FTC framework.

• ACTION ITEM 20110106-01 — Feb 14th:  target to "complete" discovery phase
  Volunteers: Anna S., Joni, Jay Unger, Mark Lizar to coordinate in the background, complete matrix, coord marketing

SIA Privacy Framework

• This framework has less to do with privacy and is considered by group to be irrelevant to P3-PFSG efforts.

Feedback:

• Need to produce better visuals around Kantara's "value proposition", including slides of the structure of our organization, what workgroups do what and highlights of the overlaps
• Joni has been developing decks. Anna T. will work with her going forward on these efforts.

Scope of PF-SG work:

• Envisioned as mapping this in the same structure as IAF was developed. . .baseline framework then layer profiles for verticals and jurisdictions.
• The workgroup reviewed Jeff's ppt.
• Recommendation for scope should be included in the Privacy Framework
• The sg should work to further define "trust" — "willingness to engage in a transaction"

• ACTION ITEM 20110106-02 — Anna S. to take a pass at the matrix in advance of the next P3-PFSG.
