1. ADMINISTRATIVE:

  • Roll Call

  • Motion for minutes approval: 11 Jan 2012

  • Helen moves to approve the minutes as captured. Rich seconds. With no discussion or objection, motion passes.

 
2. FEDERAL PRIVACY PROFILE

  • eBallot closes this Friday. Upon closure it will be progressed to the LC for ratification and then quickly to ICAM.

3. ARB UPDATE

  • The board is immersed in the accreditation on Electrosoft

4. KAR UPDATE

  • Participants include Joe Stuntz (Deloitte & Touche), Nathan Faut (KPMG), Brian Dilley (eValid8)

  • Some baseline docs have been collected and will be the starting group for this collective.

  • Resources Required (RP Guidelines)

6. IAF V 2.0 REVIEW

  • Point in Time vs. Period of Time---discussion not progressed due to the absence of members who were most vocal on this thread

IAF Stack Edits -

  • ACTION ITEM 20120125-01Anna to take editorial changes AAS_01 and AQR_002 and flash those before the group upon completion

  • ACTION ITEM 20120125-02 Myisha to implement edits to the SAC Profiling Rules doc and circulate via the list in advance of the next call.
