  • ACTION20100630-01, 03, 04 and 05: Ingo was in the middle of accomodating the comments into the paper.  Thus these action items were ongoing.
  • ACTION20100630-02 and 11: Pending because Gael was on vacation
  • ACTION20100630-06 and 07: Pending
  • ACTION20100630-08: Pending.  Jonas reminded attendees of actions.
  • ACTION20100630-10 and 12: Jonas requested.  Wating for the responses.

6. WP next steps: comments from ICIN committee

There is no time limit to process the comments, rather something that needs to be completed to be sent to the LC for review.  We suggest sooner rather than later.

  • As shown on ACTION20100630-12, Jonas had asked, and was waiting for the response.

  • Jonas and Fulup are likely to attend.  Ingo could partly attend.
  • Sebastian and Shin were not sure if he could attend.
  • Jonas suggested possibly to join from remove over the phone.
  • Dervla updated that the location of the meeting was fixed, and that the early bird registration would be until October 17, 2010.  The registration would be open shortly.
  • As shown on ACTION20100630-12, Jonas had asked, and was waiting for the response.

11. AOB
  • Stephan of Alcatel Lucent recently signed up for non-voting member.  Other new members would be followed up to encourage them to join the call as well.
  • Ingo could not present on site at ICIN conference.  Jonas preferred Gael to substitute Ingo from Orange.  If Gael is not available, Mario would be a candidate.  Discussion found about 900 euros would be needed for registration per paper.
  • Sebastian will ask FOKUS if they could cover that cost.  Jonas will do the same for Ericsson.
