Discussion

Discussed Leadership Council questions on “why” to all the working groups.  Further discussed need to address this in re-chartering. 

Lack of attendance noted as something necessary to address given the “why” question and re-chartering.  Questions raised as to whether timing is best as middle of morning for some key group members.

Suggestion from Ken Dagg that charter should consider its alignment or support of the Kantara IAF efforts.  Sal suggested that re-consideration of previous work and DG report out should also be part of the next steps.

Consensus among this small group is that a completions of the charter evaluation and synchronization, establish a focus on work products, challenge for commitments and put out a message on the group thread to that effect this week.

No action or discussion on other action items and new business.
