Discussion

  • note that people watching the discussion aren't seeing conclusion on items in our charter, such as actually agreeing a definition of attribute
  • for the final report, could we have a chart to map this all out?
  • challenge is, of course, that this is not a green field and so we have to work in and around other ongoing efforts
  • note that there is no primer to help people new to this problem space (another interesting gap)
  • wouldn't it be great if the world could get to a place where there was an agreed upon attribute, a common set of attributes for something like provisioning? Yes, but we're probably always going to have to map from one schema to another.
