Add Personalized Privacy Policy as “killer” feature, as topic for effort

Question of the flow of who creates receipts for whom, depends on the application of a consent receipt. Most cases today are internal for managing business data relationships, not for relationship with people and their data and their consent.

What is the actual text in the notice (can this also refer to something e.g. prevailing laws?)

Who’s got the record, to consent is specified, from the controller perspective, so currently its a controller record.

Who -> ppp < proof of notice ← active state that governs this.

Notice record, then receipts, stick to this as next specificaiton for publication.
