How to give users a level of comfort with sharing private data with a device?

• Crosswalk of various privacy regulations, what do they have in common?
• Can an agreement be created that allows individuals to pick which parts they consent to/want tech to abide by.
• Avoid Frankenstein agreements: each could be a standard set of options.

Catherine: 

• Why would a person trust the structure they talk into (mobile provider)? Let’s build that trust. 
• Enterprises have protocols and structures in place to authenticate users. What would that structure look like for individuals?
• How can we/(lawyers) create a common understanding and agreement of privacy rights of the user/consumer/patient/etc.

Jim:

• You will have business rules but you can fine tune them.
