Review Mobile Assurance Statement draft with the goal to approve as a Kantara draft recommendation.

The WG reviewed the draft and discussed final changes added by Jeff Brennan and Tom Jones.

@Noreen Whysel suggested editing any nondescript links to show what they link to both as a SEO improvement and to give reader better context. References to items in references in full.

Discussed draft recommendation versus specification. This will be a draft recommendation to be published by Kantara leadership. Not a specification yet.
Expand description to “message and example protocol flow where the statement is used.”
