ONC grant entitled LEAP that will enable us to focus our efforts on the work effort we have been doing.  It seems like that grant awards are a flat $1,000,000 and he feels we could certainly craft a program around that target.  Here is the LEAP link.

Some of the leg work has already been done a proposed concept  by Tom and Sal in gaining Colin's approval and Sal gaining the KEF approval.
