Open Notice/Consent Commons ( http://opennotice.org)

Good discussion about how Open Notice might fit into ISWG. Agreed to broaden the ISWG agenda to be more open and inviting to multiple projects in this area, so that different specifications could play under the umbrella. The Standard Label becomes just one of those specifications.

We discussed the need to reach out to other groups and find out what they would be looking for.

We also discussed what exactly is in the Open Notice? 

Consensus that the essence of the notice would be something like this:

A Notice Links A Context to One or More Policies, Terms, or Disclosures

 Context:

Type: web page

Identifier: (URL, QR code, GUID, GPS, etc.)

Scope (e.g., within facility, a mapped boundary, a form submission, a sharing transaction, a website)
