1. Roll call

2. Election of officers:

• Trent Adams makes a motion to forego the secret ballot for leadership elections. Peter Capek Seconds. Hearing no discussion or objection, the motion carries.
• Trent moves to install nominees Jeff Stollman and Anna Slomovic as Co-Chairs of P3WG. Peter Capek seconds.  With no objection, the motion carries.

3. IP rights policy issue for PF Framework:

• all participants must sign GPAs through P2WG.

4. Call Schedule:

• There will be no P3 calls next week due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Regular P3 calls will pick up on Thursday, 2 December 2010, where the focus will be dedicated to the Privacy Framework Subgroup again.

5. Privacy Framework work plan development:

Phase I:  Discovery For January

What we need to define:

• On what basis should the levels of protection be established?
• How many levels of protection do we need?
• How should they be named?
• What Service Assessment Criteria should be applied to each level?

• Levels of Assurance, Levels of Control and Levels of Protection vary by definition of their concepts

• The first work item will be for a glossary.
