3. Test Plan for SAML2INT

We have received input from 8K Mikes for a SAM2INT test plan 

Some significant differences between the tests and the existing SAML2INT profile.

May need to separate implementation vs deployment tests.

In Common may be interested in some testing.

Test cases need to be grouped by test target.

The tests may cover 10% and need to be combined with basic web SSO profile.

Ask Joni to attend the next call to discuss this as a work item.
