Smartphone as a CredentialTom Jones

NCCOE documents are super focused. Tom recommends proposing smart phone as an identifier/credential. Both fits in their model.

Bev: Is for-profit an option? Tom feels it could be a for-profit side project of Kantara Educational Foundation Where Sal serves on board.

Notes on L3C corps (low-profit limited liability corporations) but there are no links. These can take Foundation money. https://docs.google.com/document/d/13N_5PgHc2X8xhuCm19k6i0GhZw8WRN0AHB-w_syiXS0
