Smartphone as a Credential | Tom Jones | NCCOE documents are super focused. Tom recommends proposing smart phone as an identifier/credential. Both fits in their model. Bev: Is for-profit an option? Tom feels it could be a for-profit side project of Kantara Educational Foundation Where Sal serves on board. Notes on L3C corps (low-profit limited liability corporations) but there are no links.
