• Proposed output of workgroup is a spec, framework of a document/structured document

• We should arrange to have a publication as a dated Kantara specification as early as possible.

• Host a document on the wiki and broadcast via LinkedIn and via Kantara release. Ask Colin to mention in monthly executive report.

• It would then be in the public domain.
