- RW update on contacting Ari Schwartz about roundtable of techies and legal people on privacy: done; Davind Johnson likely to attend.
- RW: SC27 liaison: followup on formal invitation for liaison; RW will formalise with Brett and Colin W; proposal is for 2-level liaison: KI to SC27, and P3 to WG5. (Kt to Q6, check-mate...).
- JS update on Berkman Center tracking privacy groups: deferred
- FTC ballot update: done; RW will collect input from participants, act on comments from previous ballot, and rework towards a second ballot round.

- Review draft response to The Public Voice on Madrid Declaration: done. Feedback positive; RW to get document approved for release, so we can send it to The Public Voice, and also submit as input to the EU Consultation on privacy.
